Venue Hire for Weddings

£4,900 (incl vat) - Includes exclusive use of The Lounge, Tudor Room, Ballroom and lawn. For a large party we can accommodate up to 110 max seated and 200 max standing.

A deposit of £500.00 will be required.

Free Parking available.

Ceremonies - an additional £500

Ceremonies only £1,000 - £1,800 depending on numbers

There is availability to have ceremonies in the various rooms at an additional cost to the room hire. The ballroom has a capacity of 110, the Ceremony room has a capacity for 100 and there are also facilities for outdoor ceremonies. The Celebrant will need to be paid separately.

Bring your own caterer charges

There is a charge of £3.00 per person. The caterer must show proof of public liability - minimum £10 million cover in order to operate on site.

Conferences

Including buffet lunch - from £45 DDR (day delegate rate). This includes all day use of the conference rooms

Wakes

Wake booking £250.00 + £24.00 per head for catering

Optional extras

Disco - from £350.00 (public liability conditions apply if you bring your own DJ) Soft fireworks - from £800.00
